• Your customization link will expire after 7 days.
• If your link expires, a $10 reactivation fee will apply.
• No refunds are provided for expired links or unapproved designs.

📐 Design Placement & Production Notes

• Editor guides are visual references only and do not guarantee exact placement on the final product.
• Design elements near guideline edges may be cut off during production.
• We do not offer refunds for placement issues related to guide proximity.

🎨 Custom Uploads & Design Responsibility

• We do not color match. Colors may vary slightly due to screen and print differences.
• We are not responsible for low-resolution images. Blurry or pixelated prints are the result of poor image quality.
• If your image includes a background that should be transparent (especially for Direct to Film printing), it is your responsibility to remove it before uploading.
• Partial transparency (e.g., faded edges, semi-transparent overlays) will not print correctly.
• All uploaded designs must be print-ready. We do not edit or adjust your files after upload.
