Turn Around Time
After purchase your order will be scheduled for processing. Our average turn‑around time is typically 2 – 7 business days (M–F) excluding weekends and major holidays.
During busy periods our turn‑around time may grow, but we will do our best to post current turn‑around time in the banner on the home page.
Also, note that production and shipping times are subject to change without notice, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter. If we are in need of extra days, we will try to keep updated turn‑around times on our home page.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS and have an ETA of 2 – 6 days. For faster shipping, please upgrade shipping to Priority Mail during checkout.
For our smallest items — such as stickers, magnets, and bookmarks — we also offer a budget‑friendly stamp only shipping option. This option does not include tracking and may take a little longer to arrive, so please choose accordingly if you’d like to be able to monitor your order’s progress.
We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you, the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below.
We do not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2–8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. We have no control over shipping carrier delays. We cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier’s possession. If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via banner on the homepage of our site or newsletter.
We do not offer delivery guarantees or refunds/exchanges for items that arrive after an expected date, so please be sure you are ordering your items well in advance. Generally, we recommend 3 – 6 weeks for U.S. orders, and up to 6 – 12 weeks for other countries depending on the product you plan on ordering.
International Shipping
International orders may take up to 3 – 6 weeks (sometimes longer) for delivery depending on customs and normal transit delays. Please be patient and feel free to contact us if this time has passed and you have still not received your products.
Please be advised that as an International Customer, you may be responsible for any duty charges / VAT taxes imposed by your country on incoming packages. By completing your purchase you agree to be responsible for these charges. Everyoul will not be responsible for these charges or refund the charges back.
Digital Delivery
Some of our products digital delivery items and are delivered via email or instant download after purchase — no physical item will be shipped. Please review the product description for details on the file type(s) included.
Download Limits You can download your files up to ten times. After that, a repurchase is required to receive additional downloads.
File Format & Access
Some products are provided as compressed .zip folders — you’ll need to unzip or “extract” them before viewing or using the files.
Most devices can unzip files with a simple double‑click or long‑press.
All Sales Final Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non‑refundable. Please double‑check your product description before purchase. If you have questions, reach out before placing your order.
Download Tips
Save your files to a secure location you can access easily later (like a desktop folder or cloud storage).
For best results, download on a computer rather than a phone or tablet — especially for large files.
