Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within one hour of purchase. Once this window has passed, all sales are considered final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products — especially custom, made‑to‑order, and digital items — we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges. Please review all product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@everyoul.com within three days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital goods/downloads/services, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, masks/face coverings, etc..). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order items, custom items, digital downloads, sale items, or gift cards.


Shipping costs are non‑refundable. We are not responsible for lost shipments — please contact the shipping carrier directly in that case.
