Do you have a physical storefront?

Nope! Sparkle. Joy. Inspire. is an online‑only shop, which means I can keep prices fair, products fresh, and ship straight to your door (or inbox for digital items).

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Sometimes! If you’ve got a big order in mind, reach out with the details and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order just for you, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges. This helps ensure your piece is fresh, custom‑created, and exactly as described when it arrives. If something arrives damaged or with a mistake on my end, please contact me right away so I can make it right.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Not usually. Once an order is in, we start prepping it right away to get it to you quickly. If you need a change, reach out as soon as possible — we’ll help if timing allows.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Not at this time. We focus on making sure your order itself arrives packed and ready to enjoy.

Can I request a rush on a custom order?

Yes! We offer rush processing for a fee. We’ll always work as quickly as possible while keeping our quality high — but even with a rush, there are natural limits to how fast we can go.

What if I need more of an item than is listed as in stock?

Reach out to us — we may be able to create or source more, depending on the item and timing.

Are your items handmade?

Most of our items are handmade with care, which means each one is slightly unique and full of character.

Do you offer custom sizes or variations?

Possibly! Reach out to us with what you have in mind — we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

We do our best to show colors as true‑to‑life as possible, but screens can display them differently — and lighting in photos can play tricks. Think of our product photos as a close guide rather than an exact match.

Customization + Online Designer

Can I use the online Corjl designer on my cell phone (or handheld device)?

You can use a minimal version of the online Corjl designer when using a handheld device. 

• For editable text you can simply click it and a small form will pop up to allow you to change it to your own text.

• For color changing of some designs you will need to click on it and find the sidebar with the color options. Sometimes to find the sidebar you will need to turn your handheld device sideways and scroll, it should be on the right hand side of the screen.

When using a handheld device some items such as fonts may be incorrect. We cannot refund for this.

It is advised to use a desktop and Chrome when using the online Corjl designer.

Can I edit my design after I have submitted it?

You can edit your design up until you submit it, once you have submitted/approved the design you will not be able to edit the design. You will need to repurchase if you have submitted a mistake. Mistakes submitted to us will not be refunded. 

How do I access my Corjl template?

After purchase, you’ll get an email from Corjl with a link to your design. Click it, edit right in your browser—no software to download.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Each product lists its processing time, and shipping speed depends on the method you choose at checkout. Keep an eye on your tracking number for real‑time updates.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, physical products ship within the United States only. But good news — our digital downloads are available worldwide and deliver instantly to your inbox after purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Let me know ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update it.

What shipping carrier will my order use?

We normally ship with USPS for standard delivery, but we reserve the right to use another carrier if needed...even if a different service is shown or selected at checkout. This helps us make sure your order gets to you safely, efficiently, and in the best condition possible.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders usually leave our studio within 5 business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) once it’s on the way.

Will my order come with tracking?

Most orders ship with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours. For our tiniest treasures — like stickers, magnets, and bookmarks — we also offer a “stamp only” shipping option. It’s budget‑friendly but does not include tracking, so it may take a little longer and you won’t be able to check in on its progress.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once we hand your order off to the carrier, it’s in their care. While we can help you investigate delays or missing shipments, we can’t offer refunds for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit. If this happens, we’ll gladly share tips for filing a claim or contacting the carrier so you can get the best possible outcome.

Will my items ship together?

Most orders ship in one package. If you order multiple items and one needs extra time (custom or pre‑order), we may ship them separately.

What if my package is returned to you?

If a package comes back due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the new postage cost.

Do you offer local pickup?

In some cases, yes! Reach out before ordering to see if we can arrange it.

What file types will I get?

Each product page lists exactly what file type(s) are included. Corjl templates often include multiple download options so you can choose what works best for you.

Is there a limit to how many times I can download my files?

You can download up to ten times. After that, you’ll need to repurchase the item if you’d like additional downloads.

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be “un‑downloaded,” all sales are final. Please double‑check the product description before purchasing, and feel free to message me with any questions before you buy.

I downloaded my file, but I don’t see anything inside or can't use anything...what’s going on?

Many of our digital products come in a compressed .zip folder. Think of it like a tidy little suitcase holding all your files. To see what’s inside, you’ll need to unzip or “extract” it first — most computers and mobile devices can do this with a simple double‑click or long‑press. Once it’s unzipped, you’ll find all your files ready to use.

I’m having trouble checking out — what should I do?

Clear your browser’s cache or try a different device. If the problem sticks around, send us a quick message so we can look into it.

I didn’t get my order confirmation email.

Check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Still missing? Contact us and we can resend it.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders and access past downloads. If you choose not to create an account, you may not have access to past downloads and will need to purchase again - we do not email files to you.
