You are responsible for ensuring your artwork is print ready. We will print what you send and are not responsible for undesirable prints. The print quality depends on the quality of the artwork you give us.

Uploading Designs
Please review uploaded images carefully in the designer to make certain there are no errors. By purchasing you accept responsibility for the submitted design(s) and certify that you have all rights to use uploaded design(s).

You may need to show proof of right to use certain images before we can move on to process your design. We cannot refund any order(s) that contain a design that was submitted incorrectly. 

Please keep the most important part of the design away from any and all edges/guides, they may get cut off during the printing process.

Things To Remember
• If it looks blurry on your screen when you zoom in, then it would look blurry if printed.
• 300 DPI resolution is suggested for best results. Anything less than this will start to lose quality and could cause your prints to not be clear or have clean edges.
• Please ensure your images are cropped before you submit them.
• Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise it will be printed as it is received.
• We will not make any changes to your Artwork or remove the background for you. We will ONLY print it. If you submit your artwork with a background or not cropped then that is how it will be printed.

Artwork Not Recommended
The following items will not print as intended or may not adhere properly to your garments as they cannot get the good white under base needed.
• No Screenshots
• No downloads from social media/google (these only look good on your screen)
• Glow Effects
• Transparency / Opacity Effects
• Super Thin / Small Fine Details

Colors & Textures
Colors may vary from online to your actual printed product. Your computer and monitor can greatly affect how colors appear online and the printing process can also affect the final printed colors.

We cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portrays the true color of the transfer.

Textures & Effects:
• Glitter, foil, watercolor, wood, animal prints, vibrant fluorescent neon, metallic, shimmer, glows, etc... are part of the DIGITAL design and are printed - they are not real!
• Semi-transparent graphics cannot be achieved and often times will produce undesirable results.

Note
We are not responsible for color, or quality issues resulting from bad quality/low-resolution files provided to us! Nor are we responsible for images printed with a background.

We will not replace transfers for free that were submitted and printed with a background. This is a non-recoverable cost for us and you will need to re-order them again at the regular price!​
